GO! offers a wide range of customisable logistics services. This means that the degree of standardisation of our logistics processes is based on the ability to integrate them into the respective customer processes. In other words: We produce a diverse offering by tailoring our logistics solutions to the respective customer needs.

But diversity within the company itself also becomes an important factor: at GO! more than 1,400 employees and over 1,700 drivers and couriers of all ages, origins and genders work closely together every day. Everyone contributes their personal expertise and their own ideas. We are all united by a passion for logistics and the ambition to realise even unusual requirements. Diversity is therefore an important asset for maximum customer satisfaction.

More than standard.

The high quality demands placed on our services and processes not only require regular monitoring. Our quality management department also creates the conditions for the continuous improvement of our integrated management system.

More than bits and bytes.

Here, our IT cracks make sure that all servers, our ERP system, our customer portal, the intranet and other hardware and software of our colleagues work perfectly.

And for our customers, they take care of individual interfaces that make data transfer more efficient and more effective.

 

More than processes.

The Product and Process Management team designs processes and products for our service portfolio.
We develop and optimise our product solutions and translate them into system-wide process standards. We also find solutions for customer-specific requirements.

More than driving.

Every day, more than 1,700 drivers and couriers are on duty to put a smile on the faces of our customers and the recipients.


They not only drive the parcels from A to B, but also take care of replacing the coffee grinder that has just been delivered, for example.

More than sorting.

Our colleagues sort and scan the consignments in our hall or on the conveyor belts. They also assist the drivers in loading and unloading the vehicles.

What cannot be weighed automatically, they weigh by hand.

They handle sensitive consignments with particular care, e.g. animal consignments.

More than telephoning.

Our colleagues in Customer Service are always ready to listen to our customers. Whether it's the acceptance of a transport order, advice on the right product or service, questions about the handling, adjustment of the general conditions or even queries about the transport status.

Our colleagues provide support in word and deed!
