Code of Conduct

In a world that is constantly and rapidly changing, it is therefore important for us to provide our employees and partners with support for their daily challenges in the form of our Code of Conduct, so that they can make responsible and ethical decisions in all situations.

The applicable law naturally forms the binding framework for the diverse entrepreneurial activities of the group of companies throughout Europe. All employees are therefore required to identify the legal obligations that are relevant to them and to work towards compliance with them on a daily basis.

Our Code of Conduct serves as a guideline to live our principles and values in interaction with the legal provisions throughout the entire association and to anchor them in all our actions.
